Guide for Mcp server setup is not working, server was offline until a fix was pushed making it more stable. Try setting it up again.

the error is intended, u cant make direct requests... a mcp interface will create a session first

I've set it up according the guide for vscode and it was working fine until few days ago. I'm getting the same error in vscode as well. Trying to start the mcp

server itself is working, maybe docs need updating? cc @user

just pushed a fix that should make the server a bit more stable, can you try again?
