Hello Appwrite team, thank you for taking a look at this.
My Appwrite account is currently blocked with a 403 response following some automated testing I was conducting with Codex and Appwrite MCP as part of a multi-tenancy experiment.
I understand that the activity may have triggered automated abuse protection, and I sincerely apologize for any unintended load or excessive activity.
I’ve already contacted the Appwrite team privately by email and DM with the relevant context. I’m intentionally keeping the technical details of the MCP behavior and reproduction steps out of this public thread, and I’m happy to provide the complete details privately to the appropriate engineer.
For reference, the two active projects I’m currently unable to access are:
Manzil
Project ID: 6a6f965d00257526e315
Region: Singapore (sgp.cloud.appwrite.io)
Wayanwali School
Project ID: 699d954000222b76a823
Region: Singapore (sgp.cloud.appwrite.io)
Both projects contain important application data, and I had not yet completed my database backups before the restriction.
My main request is a manual review of the account restriction and, if possible, restoration of access or temporary access so I can safely back up my active projects.
I can provide the relevant MCP context, reproduction details, logs, screenshots, and other technical information privately to the engineering/security team.
Thank you very much for your help. 🙏
