IMPORTANT! SOC-2 Request Failing

Issue requesting SOC-2. If tried other/private browser as well as filling in optional fields.

Do you have the custom plan?

I’m subscribed to the Pro plan, if tiers is what’s in question.

Pro plan doesn't includes that. You need the custom plan

I couldn’t find any documentation regarding which plan is required for SOC-2 report request. I suggest your team implement a way to let users know about the requirements around SOC-2 requests vs. them reaching an error state upon submission or simply disable the form with a Boolean condition.
