1.6.2 to 1.7.0

Hi everyone. I am running a self-hosted Appwrite server on version 1.6.2.

What is the safest way to migrate to the next version?

Should I update directly to 1.7.0 or 1.7.4?

I've seen reports from other users here experiencing issues during this 1.7.0 migration.

Kindly advise.

Hi Darshan, Thanks a lot for that. Can I directly bump to 1.7.5? or 1.7.0 first and then 1.7.5?

jumping to 1.7.5 is fine 👍
make sure to run the migration and then after that 1.8.1 > run migration.

or you can use the same script on the repo, just pull and execute. it handles it for you.
